Break Awake - Nichole Sachs

Nicole Sachs was a student of Dr. John Sarno, a pioneer in the field of chronic pain. Although his ideas were met with skepticism at the time, his work laid the foundation for a mind-body understanding of pain. Nicole has built on his legacy with an approach that aligns well with modern pain neuroscience. She developed a powerful self-guided therapeutic method called “JournalSpeak,” which helps people process repressed emotions — often a key factor driving chronic pain, even when there is an underlying injury or medical condition.
