That’s where practices like Reiki and mindfulness come in - gentle, compassionate tools that help you regulate your nervous system and support your body’s natural healing process.
Alongside energetic practices, MindBody Syndrome (TMS) coaching offers an opportunity to explore the patterns, mindsets, and emotions your body may be holding, and to work collaboratively toward healing and wholeness.
In our sessions together, we create a safe space to slow down, tune in, and allow your innate healing energy to flow.
Laura is a Reiki Master Teacher, meditation guide and community health practitioner who brings a mind-body-soul approach to wellbeing. Her passion is helping others live happier, healthier lives through compassionate, holistic care.
With 20 years’ experience in the community sector – including youth work, mental health, disability support, education and work-readiness, Laura brings a deep understanding of people and their unique needs to her healing practice.
What began as a curiosity about Reiki and meditation evolved into a deep healing journey of her own. Through navigating mental health challenges including obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety and chronic pain and symptoms, Laura discovered the power of self-compassion, acceptance and nervous system-based healing to support the body’s natural capacity restore balance.
Now, she shares this work with others, linking together her lived experience, professional background and soul-led practices to hold space for deep, authentic healing.
